Important Catering Information

 

Catering is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
All other days are dedicated to providing Meals on Wheels services to our regular clients.

 

Ordering

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all catering orders.

• Catering bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Gympie Meals on Wheels.

 

Cancellations

• A cancellation fee of 75% of the total order value applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled catering service.

 

Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

• A $20 late payment fee applies where payment has not been received within the 7-day payment terms, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed with Gympie Meals on Wheels in advance.
