Whether you are preparing for your very first shift or looking to refresh your knowledge, this page provides everything you need to deliver meals safely, confidently, and with care to our local Gympie community.

Getting Started: Mandatory Requirements

Before taking on your first delivery or kitchen shift, all new volunteers must complete two essential steps to ensure safety and compliance:

  1. Worker Screening: A Blue Card isn't required for most roles, but standard worker screening (such as a National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening) must be finalised.

  2. Induction Training: Complete your mandatory online training modules through the learning workbooks linked below.
